Notifications

Slack or Microsoft Teams webhooks, referenced by secret name.

Failure notices run on every job; success notices on the last stage only. The webhook URL is a secret and is referenced by name.

Supported keys: slack and teams. Each takes secret (the secret name) and on (failure, success).
